The minutes of today's meeting are in place at http://www.w3.org/2013/meeting/dwbp/2014-09-19 Thanks to Caroline for scribing. We talked about the various areas where different people have been working to write down thoughts and ideas that are intended to end up in the Best Practices document. General message: those authors need more review from the rest of the WG before they can move on to the next stage. 5 more calls before TPAC - see separate mail to follow very shortly.
