I was thinking that intrinsic metadata would include, for example, CSV format info in the case of a CSV file distribution. Or, in the case of an API distribution, I was thinking that intrinsic metadata would include the API specification. About each distribution having its own metadata, I can see, for example, a license metadata that could be the same for different distributions of a single dataset, and even the same license metadata for different datasets. Prov metadata could be the same too. We can also have the same data dictionary for different datasets and different distributions. Thank you for your attention.
