Hi Antoine, I agree with you that vocabularies are also used to express the data. The idea is that vocabularies may be used to express both dataset descriptions (like aspects related to quality and provenance) and data descriptions (strctural metadata). In this case, everything is metadata and every type of metadata may be expressed through vocabularies. Does it make sense for you?
