My apologies, i am working from a shared computer running
non-genuine windows and i cannot click to reply to a thread
in a mailing list as the browsers are linked to a non-functional
version of Outlook.

Regarding what i am trying to refer to —

In my humble opinion regarding points 1. and 2. Mr. Little hit
the nail on the head first time on April 13th, and the rules
you are bound by need be changed.

I have already provided my input on license and licence.

Regarding the second comment i wish to make, Best Practice
is a title, and both words need be spelled with capital letters
when referring to the group, as they are not small words like
'the' or 'of'.

i.e. The Best Practice group encourages best practice.

I do not think i have access to the document which i am
commenting on.
