Both Turtle and RDF/XML versions [1][2] of the DCAT vocabulary indicate that it is a subPropertyOf foaf:Page, where it should be foaf:page (note capitalization); this causes inference engines to find the wrong/missing property.

In addition to an errata, it would be good if the actual vocabulary encodings were corrected.
