Advice on Joining WG

Good Afternoon Folks,
I am interested in joining this WG if possible. I am looking for information/guidance on how to do so.
I am a member of the Apache Software Foundation AFAIK I can join W3C WG’s through TheASF however I was wondering if this was the best option/route.
I was previously a member of the OASIS Legal Document Markup Technical Committee so have some experience engaging in such WG’s.
