UIA role reference

Hi Cynthia,

I localized all the control types. Things that are references are actually
links but they have meaning as to the type. For example:

dpub-biblioref

has a controltype of 'bibliography reference'

I could actually say 'bibliography HyperLink'

For Mac I called these 'bibliography reference' but they also have a role
of AXLink so the net is do you want to have HyperLink in the control type
or leave it at teh expanded 'bibliography reference'?
