[DPUB-ARIA] 20150402 meeting cancelled

The 02 April DPUB ARIA meeting is cancelled.

Meetings will resume on 09 April.

There is an open question to PF Editors regarding making adjustments to the Boiler Plate language in Appendix A. I think this can be addressed in the PF Ed call on Wed.
