[DPUB][A11Y] Google Doc for Use-cases

Hello everyone,
In todays accessibility meeting we discussed the initial Word Document that George Kerscher helped write up 5 years ago for DIAGRAMMAR.  Some of which may be relevant as use cases for PWP.

Can you please all take a look and comment in this document what you think is / is not relevant to PWP by next Wednesday May 26th which is our DPUB’s Virtual Face 2 Face.
