A11Y Note updates

Hello everyone,
I made my final edits today to our Note.  I also saw Deborah’s changes which is great.
I have finished all the reSpec changes so that all href’s have been removed and replaced with the reSpec way of doing these so that they appear in alphabetical order in Appendix E.1 Informative references

I will be working on my presentation today for the IDPF meeting where I am scheduled to present at
