Re: The use cases table, modified, for comment

I have made some very minor changes mostly on the first table; have put it into a separate branch on the repo:

Additionally:

- the second table says 'no' to 'exposed meaningfully to the accessibility API and UA' for the column on 'details with src and role'. I am not sure that is fair. If the role attribute is there, then this attribute could be used by any kind of API to expose things properly, couldn't it? Including the fact that additional 'role' attributes can be used on the content of 'detail'. So I think it is more fair to say either yes, or maybe, but not a definitive 'no'
- the implementation complexity seems to be really guess work. I made some changes there to make it a bit more fair
