WCAG A11Y DPUB techniques base guideline

A proposal for a sort of baseline for guidelines, summarizing WCAG 2
(sorry for my rudimental english) obviously to integrate and discuss

Statement: organize and outline the logical structure of the book
using paragraph styles.

Statement: preserve the logical characteristics and structural layout
of the book in the corresponding original electronic version. Ensure
that the correct reading order is preserved even when the text
eventually divided into blocks or columns when is presented
linearized.

Statement: provide a summary that allows direct connection to the
corresponding content and provide suitable hyperlinks to return to the
index or to the contents at the end of each section. Provide the
information elements in support of the text, including notes and
related references and boxes for further study, hyperlinks explicit to
the point or to the corresponding element in the main text.

 Statement: avoid using images and other graphics to represent text
content. Images, graphs and tables used for educational purposes of
comprehensive captions that provide equivalent information
commensurate to the function performed by the object in the specific
context. Explicitly link the captions to the image to which you refer
through sequential numbering contextualized the organization of the
book.

Statement: ensure that the contents under magnification are displayed
in accordance with the order of the original presentation and to
prevent their reading recourse to the horizontal scroll bar of the
reading program used.

Statement: allow the export of the contents of the textbook or its
parts in compliance with copyright.

Statement: ensure that the ebook contains no limitations or other
constraints that inhibit or restrict the management functions of the
reading program, customization of display modes, including the colors
of text and background and interfacing with technology assistive.
