Meeting minutes for Dec 4 2015

Charles will send George the current state of the Diagrammar section in the Appendix
Charles will connect with Markku H. when he is available to work on the Assessments paragraph.
Tzviya will WAI Ed & Outreachwork
Mia still has Page #s and Semantic Context implied by text Layout
Deborah will continue the Word Smithing of various topic areas and maybe beef up the ListHeads Area
We will have two more meetings this year before running into the Holidays.
