CG Page Info

HI Chris,

I found Digital Signatures Spec[1] via the Credentials CG; noting therein,
it's now in the 'digital verification'[2] CG.

I was thinking it would be good to provide a link to that resource[1] on
the CG page[2].

Certainly caused me some confusion...
