why not 'natural person identity', something that relates moreover to latin
/ english (as w3c is an english speaking union) as to ensure we're not
unnecessarily relating legal concepts to the underlying sought outcome.

also; it's very important people speak to Henry Story / WebID CG; as the ID
portion has really been in their arena for sometime with similar sorts of
outcomes sought; whilst perhaps, using a different approach.
