The first link from Jake sounds interesting. To me that solves the distributable objects (chunks) problem. The second post was very confusing.

They are talking about the possibility of deprecating Heading levels <h1-6> and have only <h> with the possibility of aria-levels
There is quite the debate going on right now on this thread.
