Agreed.
We should keep in mind, however, that there is a rule whereby an 8 weeks' notice should be given for a F2F meeting. Ideally, this means that a F2F meeting cannot take place before T+8weeks, where 'T' is the starting point of the WG. We could shorten this somewhat if a F2F meeting is announced when sending out the final charter text for approval.
