Three DRAFT Charter Pointers and Misc

Hi DPUB IG Folks,

The promised, charter pointers are as follows:

The next call for the DPUB Interest Group will be Monday the 23rd (skipping
the 16th; Martin Luther King day holiday in the States).

In the interim, various homework assignments include:

   - Leonard & Nick to sync re "elevator-izing" Locators in PWP draft
   [Leonard, Nick]
   - Drafts of shortened Locators with options/technical-details Appendix
   created [Leonard, Nick]
   - Review & comment on three above draft charters [all]

And, as stated on the call, the DPUB WG charter is drafty and will
eventually be driven by the Publishing BG with substantive technical input
from this group.
