Additional agenda items for Monday?

Hi DPUB IG Folks,

We have the two agenda items we didn't get to this Monday, so those will
slip forward to next Monday.

Ivan's changes for the two items we covered Monday may well be submitted by
then, but if not we can hopefully bless them on the call.

If there are other agenda items that IG members would like to suggest,
please let me know by tomorrow afternoon.
