Accessibility Guides

I know there are a few very knowledgeable people on this list when it comes
to accessibility.  Can anyone point me to some "getting started" or "quick
start" or even higher-level guides to making ebooks and/or websites
accessible.  I'm collecting this information to share it as part of an
education initiative within Ingram.
