RE: Dial in Data, Wiki Page, etc, for the 2nd virtual F2F meeting

Hi Leonard,

We did explore a variety of dates. Heather, who is essential for the call, is not available the previous week. Ivan is not available the following week. We haven’t heard many objections to 7 July.

We would love to have everyone at the meeting, but it’s nearly impossible to find a date that works for everyone. As we enter the summer months, most people will be on vacation at some point. We are doing our best to accommodate all schedules. We hope you’ll be able to join us next time.

Given that many people were not present on the call yesterday – is there any opportunity to pick another date?

That week is a holiday week in the US (since the beginning of the week is July 4th) and I suspect many folks (such as myself) are unavailable.  Could we move it one week earlier or later?
