Request for comments for the charter on "Open Permissions & Obligations Expression Working Group"

Dear all,

W3C is working on the charter of a new Working Group, entitled "Open Permissions & Obligations Expression Working Group". The topic of the group is very much relevant for the publishing industry, and it would be great to have your input/comments before the charter goes its administrative route with the W3C members.
