Teleconference Booking for the TPAC meeting

The Zakim teleconference has been set up for the TPAC F2F meeting, so people can join in. The zakim phone number and conference code is the same as usual (+1.617.761.6200, conference 3782 ("DPUB")).

Of course, the timing is difficult:

the meetings will start at 9:00 at China time, which means 8pm in Boston (the previous day) 1am in London and 2am in Paris...:-(
