First telecon for the Digital Publishing IG - pick a date early August 2013.

Dear Digital Publishing IG participants,

Welcome to this new W3C initiative!

Now comes the time to hold our first telecon for the Digital Publishing 
IG early August 2013.

As a starter, and to set a first telecon, I have set up a Doodle, with a 
few candidate slots. This slot is set only for the first telecon. We 
will discuss a further solution that fits best everyone, based on the 
time zone of the participants.
