draft agenda, Digipub IG telcon August 13 at 15:00 UTC

Hi all, 
below is a draft agenda for tomorrow's IG concall to be held at 15:00 UTC [0]. As said on the last telcon, we will be looking at the initial overarching taxonomy for our work on a requirement corpus, as well as the structure of individual use cases/requirements. Initial drafts for discussion will be provided on the IG wiki in time for tomorrows meeting (they are not there yet, apologies).
