In the current http://w3c.github.io/dpub-pagination/, the URL for "Latest
published version" is currently:
http://www.w3.org/TR/latinrec/
Presumably that will be http://www.w3.org/TR/latinreq/
Also, the current draft still directs for comments to be sent to
public-digipub-ig@w3.org even though it was recently clarified [1] that
we, the public at large, cannot post to that list.
