Re: DID v1.1 Candidate Recommendation ready for publication

Based on discussions in the transition request for DID v1.1 to go into
Candidate Recommendation, I have updated the Status of the Document
section, which can be seen here:

https://w3c.github.io/did/transitions/2026/CR/#sotd

The document is ready to be moved into W3C TR-space and published on
March 5th of next week.
