Tamer, this is not an official/formal response, it's just an
individual response.

The Working Group meet once per week, and haven't had a chance to
discuss your email yet.

It is also very difficult, for me at least, to understand what you are
trying to ask us to do. I think you're making a proposal of some kind,
but it's not clear what you are proposing, on what timeline, or how
our group can help you.

We work on global standards and specifications related to
Decentralized Identifiers in this Working Group. If you are asking us
to take on a new standard / work item, we cannot do that right now as
our Charter has been fixed for a while now (and ends soon):

https://www.w3.org/2024/04/did-wg-charter.html

We certainly can't take on any new work before the deadlines that you
mention. Even if you are suggesting work that we take on in the next
rechartered working group, it is not clear to me what work you're
asking us to take on, or how you are expecting us to change our
current specifications.

I do know a little bit about V2X and the "at speed" level 5 autonomous
vehicle identification problem, but it's unclear to me why any vehicle
needs to identify itself before it transmits something to the effect
of: "I'm a 1300kg vehicle at this coordinate, going 120 kph, on this
vector." -- I'm sure there's a good reason, but it's not clear what
you want this WG to do about it.

Help us, help you.
