Cancelling DID Path Special Topic Call

Hi all,

The chairs have decided to cancel the planned special topic call on the 5th
of November. Unfortunately neither Manu or Markus are able to make the call.

We will be rescheduling, however unfortunately this will not be until
December.

In the meantime let's continue the conversation on Github.
