TPAC Update

Hi all,

Unfortunately power remains out at the TPAC venue, we are monitoring the public
utilities website here <https://www.anaheim.net/2829/Electric-Outage-Map> which
now estimates 4PM Pacific for power restoration.

We have discussed dedicating time on our upcoming calls to continue our
TPAC agenda (see below):

We will reconvene in the conference room post lunch (2PM), for those that
