DID Spec Registries up to date

Hi all,

The DID Specification Registries maintainers have been able to process
every pending pull request and can now say that we are up to date with
the latest requests.

There are still 12 PRs that need fixes or responses from the
registrants, but that's an action on them and not the DID WG. This is
good news, after many months of being behind, we're caught up on this
particular item.
