[HOLD] DID WG Special Topic Call 2021-11-09 6pm ET

Greetings DID WG,

We do not anticipate holding a special topic call next week.

However, in recognition of the possibility that our regular call agenda may
be impacted by factors outside of our control, we ask that you set aside
time on your schedules for 1 hour on 2021-11-09 at 6pm ET to participate in
a special topic call should one become necessary.

We apologize for the lack of concreteness in this situation, but that seems
to be the nature of things currently and we ask for your understanding.
