Security Review Coordination Request to IETF

Hi all,

During last week's call, I took an action item to write up a security review
coordination request to IETF in order to address issue #768[1]. This is part
of a broader initiative at W3C to get more security review on the VC and DID
work.

There is a short term ask: please review the DID Core spec, and a long term
ask: let's get some IETF security area folks assigned to the VC and DID work
long term to do reviews on the re-chartered WGs deliverables. This request is
coming from the Editors, Chairs, and Staff of the DID WG and VC WGs, and we'd
like to make sure we have WG buy-in to send the request off to the IETF
Security Area Directorate.

Please take a look at the current request and provide change suggestions if
you have any:

The intent is to send this over to the IETF Security Area Directorate after
our DID WG call next Tuesday.
