the problem is that it is very complicated to get these things right because it is not possible (or at least I did not find a way) to translate these requirements into automatic calendar items on my Apple Calendar. What I did at the time was to generate three different series, and then manually remove the ones that did not fit (which explains the errors that you found).

What I did instead, and that may work as well, is to set a separate calendar in my personal Apple Calendar where I did the right entries, and I shared the calendar:
