List of resolutions on the Web Site

Dear all,

I have made a small script that gathers all the resolutions that were taken on WG calls, and displays them in a Web page, see:

https://www.w3.org/2019/did-wg/Meetings/Minutes/resolutions <https://www.w3.org/2019/did-wg/Meetings/Minutes/resolutions>

The core WG call resolutions and the topic call resolutions have been separated.

The script (and the underlying program that gathers the resolutions) is fresh from the oven, there may be some hiccups. But I hope it can be useful.
