The newest JSON-LD 1.1 work is out for vote at W3C and we don't have an acceptable number of votes yet. The work we are doing in the DID WG is dependent on JSON-LD 1.1 being approved by the W3C Membership. If it doesn't pass the vote, a long list of bad things are going to happen. If you are or know your W3C Advisory Committee representative, GET THEM TO VOTE. Ask them to vote in favor of the JSON-LD Maintenance WG Charter: https://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/33280/jsonld-charter/ Ask them to vote in favor of the JSON-LD 1.1 specifications: https://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/33280/json-ld11/ More below from Ivan, W3C Staff Contact for the JSON-LD work. -------- Forwarded Message -------- Subject: Review votes... But we have only four votes for the PR publication[2]. We have still time, but better have these things done while it is still fresh. So, please, get your AC rep to cast their votes, please!
