DID WG FF2F Meeting information, long version

Greetings DID WG Members,

*Next week we have scheduled two days of intense discussion time*. The
original hope was to meet in some exotic location, like Bhutan or Seattle,
but instead we will be meeting in cyberspace. *The slide deck for the
meeting will be available early next week.*

To introduce as much realism to the experience as possible, I personally
introduced an altered sleep schedule so that by the time *the first meeting
starts on Tuesday, June 30, 2020, at 10:00 AM EDT [1]*, to me it will feel
like the middle of the night. I also plan on spending 9 hours before the
meeting sitting in a chair that's too small for me and watching movies
while holding my laptop just in case I can convince myself to get some work
done during my "flight."

By the time *the second meeting starts on Wednesday, July 1, 2020, at 12:00
PM EDT [2]* I will still be exhausted, but will be feeling much better
after spending the evening before wandering through downtown for hours
looking for just the right souvenirs.

In order to prepare for the meetings, I have purchased some bagels and
muffins and am letting them sit out for a couple of days so they'll be
perfect for washing down with some tart grapefruit juice as I use *the
connection information for the meeting [3] *to join the zoom call.

Just before walking folks through *the agenda for the meeting [4]  *I will
have my three-year-old disconnect the wifi and turn off power to my
external monitors to simulate the inevitable A/V problems that go with
every Face to Face meeting, luckily *the meeting information is also in the
calendar invitation [5]*

After the meetings are over, I will get back into my tiny chair and fail to
sleep for another 9 hours as I "head home."
