[F2F Minutes] DID WG

Here are the meeting minutes for the three F2F days:

Let me emphasize that these are _drafts minutes_, and become final at the next telco (unless somebody objects). In the meantime, it would be helpful if the participants of the F2F had a look at the minutes to ensure that they properly reflect the meeting; we had lots of discussions, sometimes contentious, and it is important to have minutes the reflect the consensus that we have reached.
