Call for participation: Decentralized Identifier Working Group switching to Patent Policy 2020

Dear group members,

I'm relaying the announcement to the Working Group's primary public
mailing list, to notify the group members that the group is now
rechartered under the Patent Policy 2020, triggering a 45-day grace
period [1] for current participants to rejoin the group.

Kind Regards,
Xueyuan Jia, W3C Marketing & Communications
