Based on the Doodle poll the Chairs have asked Ivan to schedule a second
Key Representations discussion meeting time next week.  Please hold this in
your calendars until the WebEx invite goes out.

Date:  Wednesday, 13 Nov 2019
Time:  2-3 pm ET / 11am-noon PT / 8-9 pm CET /
          6 am Sydney (on the 14th)

We can cancel if the discussion time is not needed, but we are reserving
now just in case.
