How Does You Do Developer Relations?

Hi, folks-

Thanks for joining the W3C DevRel CG.

In thinking about what W3C should do for developer relations, I'd first 
like to gather reports on how your organization does them, which will 
have a strong influence on what we do at W3C.  What activities do you do 
in your devrel departments.

Feel free to chime in on this list, or contact me offlist.  I've been 
talking to a few devrel folks in person, and keeping notes.  I hope to 
talk to as many devrel folks as possible.

I also want to find ways in which W3C can work with our Members' 
developer relations departments, so feel free to make suggestions there 
as well.
