DeviceOrientation Event issue triage - 12 Feb 2024 - meeting minutes

Hi DAS WG participants,

We had a productive working session with DeviceOrientation Event spec editors to triage the remaining open issues in preparation for the expected CR Snapshot publication. Thank you Reilly and Raphael for your diligent work to reinvigorate this widely implemented legacy specification.
