For Wake Lock, because we have redirected Wake Lock to Screen Wake Lock[1][2], we can't publish another wake-lock on /TR, and even if we can, I think it will cause confusion.

IMHO a better way would be writing a draft of System Wake Lock and publish it (since the old version is not suitable for TAG review and needs a new API shape). WDYT?
