As a final touch, we're setting up a more modern URL for the home page. The "2009" and "dap" parts of the URL are historical artifacts now and probably just confusing to some. For the time being, the existing URL works and in the future it'll just redirect to the new location.

And now we have a more modern URL:

https://w3.org/das<https://www.w3.org/das/>

(The old URLs will redirect.)
