FWIW, this is an automated notification that will be sent to the list each time the Wake Lock API draft is updated and successfully published on TR (as had been requested when we agreed to use that publication model for wake lock [1]). In this case, it was bound to the merging of the new privacy & security section into the spec. We can of course revisit that decision if we find it too noisy; we can also discuss improvements to the message itself since there are ways to tweak it.
