lknik has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/ambient-light: == Ambient Light Sensors to detect RGB colors == Modern sensors are capable of detecting not only luminance, but also actual RGB colors (e.g. http://ams.com/eng/Products/Light-Sensors/Color-Sensors-Proximity-Detection/TMD37821). Might be interesting to evaluate the feasibility of including it to the spec/draft at some point. Note: it appears there are no actual devices currently supporting this. Also, in case this ships, it should be directly subject to permissions. Please view or discuss this issue at https://github.com/w3c/ambient-light/issues/9 using your GitHub account
