[wake-lock] CfC to publish FPWD of Wake Lock API completed; related WD publication CfC open

The CfC to publish a FPWD of the Wake Lock API has completed (as of 19 January 2015) with support, assuming support for an additional CfC related to the WD publication process. We have a separate CfC for that, see https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-device-apis/2015Jan/0014.html

That WD publication CfC completes 28 January 2015. Please take the time to respond to that.

We have also agreed the short name per this FPWD CfC, as ‘wake-lock’.

Assuming that the WD publication CfC completes successfully we can then go ahead and the publish the FPWD using that short name. I propose we plan to publish 5 Feb 2015 (the editors will need to prepare a publication draft, including an updated status section).

> This is a Call for Consensus (CfC) to publish a FPWD of ‘Wake Lock API’, with a short name of ‘wake-lock’.

> Please note that this CfC has two aspects: (1) agreeing to publish a FPWD of the draft and (2) agreeing to the short name for publication.
>
> We can expect some editorial updates to the document as part of the publication process, including update of the W3C cover page for FPWD, an update to the references, and an update to the status section.
>
> Please note that a FPWD is just that, a first public draft, so it need not be perfect and subsequent change is possible; publishing this draft should give it further review and attention.
>
> Please respond to this CfC (even a +1 is useful) before 19 January 2015 (5 weeks due to holidays). Silence will be considered agreement .
