Hi Frederick, Marcos,

We at Yandex have done some progress on issues mentioned in whatwg@ discussion and prepared the new spec draft [1]. Unfortunately discussion seems to be stuck by now, nobody gave us feedback. I also met Mounir Lamouri (cc'ed) last week on BlinkOn and we had a brief talk about it - he promised to take a look, so I hope we can continue our work after that.
