The CfC to publish a Last Call of HTML Media Capture completed today with no disagreement on the list, and with support on yesterday’s DAP teleconference [1]. Thus we should plan to publish the LC next Thursday, 19 June, with a minor edit to fix the typo Cathy found [2]. Anssi, you have an action (ACTION-703) to prepare a publication draft including adding a diff link to the status section, validation, link and pubrules checking. Please let me know when this draft is ready so I can make the publication request. I will need to give the team advance notice of the planned publication. Thanks regards, Frederick Frederick Hirsch, Nokia Chair DAP @fjhirsch [1] http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-device-apis/2014Jun/att-0062/minutes-2014-06-12.html#item05 [2] http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-device-apis/2014Jun/0056.html On Jun 6, 2014, at 11:10 AM, Frederick Hirsch <w3c@fjhirsch.com> wrote: > This is a Call for Consensus to publish a new Last Call for the HTML Media Capture specification on 19 June 2014, ending 24 July 2014 (a five week Last Call to account for holidays). > > The draft is here: http://dev.w3.org/2009/dap/camera/ > > This is a return to Last Call from CR to address the normative change of making the Security and Privacy Considerations section non-normative and revising the language within that section accordingly. > > Much thanks to Anssi for the updated draft, please review the changes as part of this CfC (upon publication a link to a diff from the previous publication should be added to the status section). > > Please send all comments regarding this CfC to the public-device-apis@w3.org mailing list by next Friday, 13 June. Silence will be considered as agreement with publishing a new Last Call, but a positive response is preferred and encouraged (even a +1 will do). > > regards, Frederick > > Frederick Hirsch, Nokia > Chair DAP > @fjhirsch > >
