CfC: Last Call publication of Vibration API (response deadline next Tue, 21 May)

This is a Call for Consensus (CfC) to publish a second Last Call (LC) of the Vibration API specification based on the latest editors draft, going from Candidate Recommendation (CR) back to LC (with the intent to then return to CR).

The reason for another LC are the changes to error handling which could be considered substantive, as they would have how implementations are created. For details of the change see [1]. This change was based on feedback during CR.

Please send all comments regarding this CfC to the public-device-apis@w3.org mail list by next Tuesday, 21 April. Silence will be considered as agreement with the proposal. If you support this CfC, a positive response is preferred and encouraged, even if a +1.

Thanks

regards, Frederick
